Implementation Outline

Flex Model of Blended Learning

Encourage Student Agency

This implementation outline will lay out the phases, steps, and timeframe that I will take to carry out a flex model approach of blended learning in my classroom to promote student agency and customized learning for a more personal, individualized, educational experience for every student. It is a strategic action plan that I will follow to meet my goals and objectives to create a significant learning environment that supports student choice, ownership, voice, and authentic learning. This step-by-step guide will be the blueprint that I use to incorporate blended learning into my classroom, and potentially other classrooms to follow.

My original innovation proposal letter for this plan can be viewed here.

My literature review is filled with research and case studies that have been proven to support my main objective of using blended learning in the classroom to improve, and personalize student learning. Blended learning proves to have many benefits for both students and teachers, such as collaboration, engagement, flexibility, and self-paced to name a few. Let’s motivate our students, and use blended learning to boost their learning, growth, achievement, and performance.
